Job summary

Jackson Lewis is seeking a Lead Statistician in the Wage & Hour Data Analytics group to support class actions, DOL audit analyses and complex client data projects. You will oversee the work of 2–3 statisticians, ensure high quality outputs, and explain technical results to attorneys and clients.

The role requires expert knowledge of R or Python and Excel, strong collaboration with attorneys, and the ability to manage multiple projects while improving data tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of data experience directly working with Wage & Hour topics (timekeeping and payroll data).
• California Wage & Hour data experience is a plus.
• Experience leading data analytics projects from inception through completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple data analytics projects and oversee 2–3 statisticians to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Act as a teacher and role model for technical and behavioral skills within the analytics team.
• Communicate complex analysis processes and results clearly to attorneys and client contacts.
