Job summary

Trane Technologies in Texas is seeking a VRF Systems Account Manager to join our commercial HVAC team. You will develop long-term relationships with consulting engineers, contractors, and building owners to deliver a total solutions approach for energy-efficient buildings.

Responsibilities include project take-off, pricing, tailoring VRF solutions, coordinating the acquisition team, and guiding deals through the sales process while building a robust business plan.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of demonstrated experience or Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS).
• 2+ years experience of solution sales experience.
• Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; we prioritize practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with our leadership principles.

Responsibilities

• Project take-off, selection, proposal pricing and selling strategy for VRF projects.
• Provide VRF system solutions including financial and performance considerations.
• Identify customer needs and market opportunities.
• Assemble acquisition team as needed for customers and projects.
• Convert leads into opportunities and manage next steps.
