Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in administrative, AP/procurement support, payroll/timekeeping, or similar operations.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics).

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for general administrative needs and document control.
• Coordinate badge access, reports, and site communications.
• Track PR/PO cycles and assist with budget summaries and accruals.
• Manage employee timekeeping, payroll cutoffs, and HR activities onsite.
