Job summary

Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC seeks a Senior Analyst, VPC Admin in Baltimore to manage essential administrative duties, procurements, invoicing, HR support, and budget tracking for the Vehicle Processing Center.

You will partner with operations leadership to ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth daily function while handling timekeeping and payroll coordination. A degree and 2+ years in a related role are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in administrative, AP/procurement support, payroll/timekeeping, or similar operations.
• Experience with an ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and timekeeping/payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Own purchase requisitions, invoices submission and payment.
• Coordinate timekeeping, PTO, onboarding and HR-related activities onsite.
• Track the facility budget, including PO commitments and monthly spend.
• Prepare monthly facilities budget summaries and provide updates to site management.
