Job Overview
The Senior Analyst, VPC Admin supports day-to-day operations at the Vehicle Processing Center (VPC) by owning core administrative processes: purchase requisitions, invoices submission/payment, timekeeping & PTO coordination, HR support, and facilities budget tracking. This role is a key administrative partner to operations leadership, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth daily function across the site.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Experience
2+ years in administrative, AP/procurement support, payroll/timekeeping, or similar operations support experience
Experience with an ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and timekeeping/payroll systems
Experience in a Vehicle Processing Center, distributions center, or automotive manufacturing environment preferred
