Qualifications

• Management consulting expertise with 2–4 years at a top-tier firm or comparable internal practice.
• Proven enterprise transformation leadership across portfolios and programs.
• Ability to direct multiple interdependent initiatives with governance and accountability.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and financial acumen for value-driven decisions.
• Executive communication and influence to advise senior leaders.
• Healthcare industry knowledge including provider operations and regulation.
• Transformative idea development from hypothesis to business cases.
• Problem solving with data-driven insights and process improvements.
• Stakeholder collaboration with executives and department leaders.
• Reporting and analysis of dashboards and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex transformation initiatives from diagnostic assessment through implementation and value realization.
• Hypothesis development, quantitative analysis, solution design, and business case creation.
• Develop operating model design and transition plans to accountable owners.
• Protect value tracking and benefit realization with finance partnership.
• Mobilize cross-functional teams and remove barriers across functions and markets.
• Identify and incubate new enterprise opportunities with strategic hypotheses.
