The ideal candidate has 15+ years in transformation leadership within regulated industries, private equity-backed environments, and experience guiding large cross-functional programs across manufacturing and healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into an integrated transformation portfolio with priorities, governance, accountability, and measurable results.
• Drive strategic initiatives that improve operational performance, scalability, profitability, and organizational effectiveness.
• Establish executive-level reporting, governance structures, and benefits realization processes.
• Lead the Continuous Improvement function through leadership, Lean methods, and structured problem solving.
