Highwire is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead strategic communications for Professional Services clients. You will guide high-impact engagements, mentor teams, and drive new business development, reporting to agency leadership.

The role emphasizes growth mindset and Fierce Distinction in a fast-paced, award-winning environment. Expect to oversee $2M–$3M+ accounts, nurture C-suite relationships, and deliver integrated PR across traditional and digital channels while advancing client success

Qualifications

• Minimum 13 years of experience in communications, with Professional Services focus.
• Proven track record leading large, multi-stakeholder client portfolios.
• Ability to inspire teams and influence senior clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior strategic counsel for clients with account revenue oversight typically between $2M to $3M+.
• Develop and execute innovative communications strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders.
• Lead complex, matrixed client engagements across multiple practices and stakeholders.
• Lead new business development efforts by identifying opportunities within existing accounts and driving organic growth.
• Collaborate with integrated teams to deliver multi-channel campaigns across PR, digital, social, and influencer tactics.
• Mentor and develop account teams to maximize potential and ensure client service excellence.
• Oversee staff performance and conduct objective setting and reviews.
• Represent Highwire at industry events to enhance thought leadership and business development.
