Job summary

Highwire seeks a Senior Vice President of Public Relations (Professional Services) to lead strategic client engagements and accelerate growth. You will mentor account teams, shape integrated campaigns across traditional PR and digital channels, and cultivate senior client relationships to drive measurable outcomes.

The role reports to agency leadership and requires 13+ years in communications, with a proven record in Professional Services and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience in communications, preferably with Professional Services PR.
• Experience managing large, complex client portfolios across Professional Services sectors.
• Ability to inspire teams and influence clients at the highest levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior strategic counsel for clients with account revenue oversight typically between $2M to $3M+.
• Develop and execute innovative, results-driven communications strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders at client organizations.
• Lead complex, highly matrixed client engagements with multiple practices and stakeholders.
• Lead new business development efforts within existing accounts and pitch for new opportunities.
• Collaborate with integrated teams to deliver multi-channel campaigns leveraging PR, digital, social, and influencer strategies.
• Mentor and develop account teams; oversee staff performance and career growth.
• Represent Highwire at industry events and conferences to enhance thought leadership and business development.
• Manage client profitability through billability, budgets, and resource allocation.
