Qualifications

• 13+ years of communications experience, preferably in Professional Services PR.
• Proven track record managing large, multi-stakeholder portfolios and executive relationships.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior strategic counsel for clients with account revenue oversight typically between $2M to $3M+.
• Develop and execute innovative, results-driven communications strategies that drive measurable business outcomes and elevate client brands.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders at client organizations.
• Lead complex, matrixed client engagements across multiple practices, stakeholders, and workstreams.
• Lead new business development efforts within existing accounts and spearhead pitches for new clients.
• Leverage network and industry relationships to identify and develop new opportunities.
• Collaborate with integrated teams to deliver multi-channel campaigns combining PR, digital, social, and influencer strategies.
• Mentor and develop account teams; oversee staff performance and growth.
• Represent Highwire at industry events to enhance networking and thought leadership.
