Qualifications

• 13+ years of progressive experience in communications, preferably in Professional Services PR.
• Proven track record managing large, complex client portfolios with multi-stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to inspire teams, influence clients at the highest levels, and lead executive communications initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior strategic counsel for clients with account revenue oversight typically between $2M to $3M+.
• Develop and execute innovative, results-driven communications strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders across client organizations.
• Lead complex, matrixed client engagements across multiple business areas and workstreams.
• Lead new business development efforts within existing accounts to drive organic growth.
• Collaborate with integrated teams to deliver multi-channel campaigns combining PR, digital, social, and influencer strategies.
• Oversee staff performance, set objectives, and conduct reviews to maximize potential.
• Represent Highwire at industry events to enhance thought leadership and business development.
