Job summary
Driscoll's is seeking a VP of People Operations to design, deliver, and scale the global employee service model, HR tech, and people analytics for trusted data and exceptional employee experiences. This senior leader partners with the Chief People Officer, IT, Finance, Legal and regional teams to translate business priorities into practical operating models and measurable outcomes.
You will lead governance, roadmaps, and a high‑performing team, owning major HR programs and budgets, while driving
Qualifications
- 10+ years in HR operations or shared services leading global transformation.
- Experience delivering HR technology roadmaps and analytics platforms.
- Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Set strategy for Global People Services, HR Technology, and People Analytics.
- Lead service delivery standards, governance, and knowledge content.
- Own HR technology strategy and platform roadmaps (Workday).
- Drive data governance, dashboards, and workforce insights for leaders.
- Define requirements with HR leadership and translate into operating systems and analytics solutions.
