Job summary

Driscoll's is seeking an Enterprise Planning Systems & Analytics Manager to lead our Anaplan planning ecosystem, including Enterprise Planning, Pricing, and FP&A. You will partner with Finance, Operations, and IT to design scalable planning solutions and drive reporting efficiency.

The role combines strategic leadership, finance systems expertise, and people management, overseeing governance, mentoring the analytics team, and advancing enterprise planning initiatives across the Berry business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Master's degree or certifications in planning or analytics preferred.
• Experience with Anaplan is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Anaplan architecture across Enterprise Planning, Pricing, and FP&A.
• Bridge Finance, Operations, and IT to align requirements.
• Evaluate emerging tech and design integration strategies.
• Ensure consistency in forecasting and reporting.
• Mentor a Senior Financial Analyst and analytics team.
