Job summary

Driscoll’s seeks a Senior Director of Global External Communications to lead the corporate communications strategy across global markets. You will advise senior leadership, shape enterprise storytelling, and manage external engagement to protect and strengthen Driscoll’s reputation.

Responsibilities include coordinating with brand, marketing, and risk teams, directing media relations, and developing thought leadership programs that highlight company innovation, sustainability, and agriculture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications, public relations, journalism, public affairs, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public affairs, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years in a senior communications leadership role with enterprise/global scope.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global corporate communications strategy aligned with company values, objectives and brand strategy.
• Shape and maintain a consistent corporate narrative reflecting purpose, values, innovation, sustainability, and leadership.
• Lead crisis communications planning and response, including risk sensing and leadership counsel.
