Job summary

Driscoll’s is seeking a Finance Planning & Analytics Manager to lead Anaplan architecture across Enterprise Planning, Pricing, and FP&A. You will partner with Finance, Operations, and IT to design scalable planning processes and improve reporting capabilities.

You will mentor a Senior Financial Analyst, drive governance, evaluate new technologies, and champion continuous improvement to support enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Agricultural Business, or related field.
• Master's degree or certifications in planning systems, analytics, finance, or project management desirable.
• Experience with Anaplan and BI/reporting tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Anaplan architecture and governance across Enterprise Planning, Pricing, and FP&A.
• Bridge Finance, Operations, and IT to align requirements with technology.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and design integration strategies for self-service analytics.
• Mentor and develop the analytics team and drive continuous improvement.
