HITT Contracting Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Risk Management and Insurance to lead enterprise risk programs across the organization.

This role shapes strategy, aligns insurance programs, and partners with Operations, Preconstruction, Legal, and Finance to protect assets and profitability. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will manage the captive, oversee OCIP/CCIP, set claims and budget strategies, and drive innovative risk analytics and technology adoption.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in risk management or insurance.
• Proven ability to negotiate with brokers, carriers, and underwriters.
• Strong knowledge of OCIP/CCIP, SDI, and contractual risk transfer.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide executive leadership for Risk Management, Insurance, and Claims.
• Set strategy for corporate insurance programs and relationships with brokers, carriers, and underwriters.
• Oversee OCIP/CCIP programs and captive insurance activities.
• Define risk transfer and contract risk strategies with Legal and Safety.
• Develop risk reports, loss forecasts, and board updates.
• Lead budgeting for risk, insurance, and claims functions.
