Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Vice President of Construction to lead all field execution for a multi-billion dollar power generation and data center program. You will own the construction strategy, budget, schedule, safety performance, and quality outcomes across one or more mega-sites, interfacing with ownership, EPCs, regulators, and end-users to deliver safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 15+ years in progressive construction management within power/industrial projects.
• 5+ years in senior executive construction leadership overseeing multi-site programs.
• Direct experience with power plant and/or large-scale data center construction.
• Proven EPC contract management and multi-contractor leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of utility interconnection, grid codes, and substation construction.
• PE license or PMP certification preferred; OSHA 30-Hour required.
• Experience delivering hyperscale/data-center scale projects under compressed schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction strategy, budget, schedule, safety, and quality for a multi-billion program.
• Interface with ownership, EPCs, utilities, regulators, and end users at executive level.
• Build and scale a construction organization across multiple sites.
• Set safety-first culture and enforce schedule discipline and quality accountability.
• Own master schedule for all work packages and manage critical path risks.
