Job summary

Nscale is seeking a senior leader for North American Data Center Infrastructure project controls. You will own cost, schedule, and risk controls for one or more DCI projects, guiding a team and integrating cost and schedule into a single performance picture for executive decisions.

Responsibilities include baseline development, earned value management, reporting, and change/risk management, with extensive interaction with project directors and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project controls on large construction or capital projects.
• At least 3 years in lead or management role.
• Experience with data centers, mission-critical facilities, or similar.
• Clear written and verbal communication to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead project-level controls team for cost, schedule, and planning.
• Develop and maintain baseline, WBS, and integrated schedule.
• Run earned value analysis and report progress and forecasts.
• Produce weekly and monthly project reports for leadership.
• Administer change control including trend logs and change orders.
• Facilitate risk workshops and maintain risk register.
• Review contractor schedules and progress claims; ensure reporting compliance.
• Partner with Finance on monthly forecasts and cash flow projections.
