Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring for the teams building our AI infrastructure platform. You’ll partner closely with engineering and product leaders to hire exceptional talent across cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, platform engineering, developer tooling, and open-source ecosystems.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role. You will personally run critical searches, bring sharp market intelligence to hiring decisions, and help build the teams that

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience (in-house or high-performing search).
• Experience recruiting software engineers and technical leaders for AI infrastructure, hyperscaler, or open-source businesses.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles from intake to closing.
• Partner with engineering, product, and infrastructure leaders to define talent needs and hiring plans.
• Proactively build high-yield talent pipelines with outbound sourcing.
• Provide market insights on compensation and time-to-fill expectations.
• Design structured interview processes with clear competencies and calibrated scorecards.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for highly technical candidates in competitive markets.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with transparency and high-touch engagement.
• Leverage data to influence hiring priorities and improve delivery over time.
