Job summary

Nscale seeks an experienced Senior Manager to lead a colocation-based data center construction program, overseeing schedule, budget, quality, safety, and risk across multiple active sites.

You will supervise the General Construction Manager(s), Preconstruction Manager, Construction Scheduler, Cost Manager, and EHS Manager, ensuring seamless execution and escalation as needed. Travel between sites is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site data center programs or large single-site builds.
• Ability to translate strategy into consistent execution standards across teams.
• Strong command of program controls (scheduling and cost) and safety leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level oversight of the overall construction program across multiple sites.
• Serve as the escalation point for schedule, cost, quality, and safety issues.
• Own the master program schedule and budget; report to Director and executives.
• Review/approve significant change orders and contract modifications before sign-off.
• Chair critical meetings and represent Nscale in negotiations with GC, design teams, and vendors.
