Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Manager, Market Intelligence – Americas to lead recurring market monitoring, site screening, and analytics for the Americas data center development pipeline. You will manage a governed dataset, deliver first-pass site screens, and build GIS analytics that rank powered land against power, scale, and design requirements.

This hands-on role requires owning the intelligence, ensuring coverage, quality, and readiness for decision-making, with potential to grow into broader market

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Economics, Urban Planning, Geography/GIS, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years in data center market intelligence, site selection, real estate research, energy or infrastructure analysis, or a similar analytical role.
• Experience building or maintaining a governed dataset (schema, sources, refresh cadence).
• Strong analytical modeling skills and ability to turn data into dated recommendations with clear confidence levels.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills; executive-ready presentation abilities (Google Workspace or similar).
• Highly organized and self-directed, able to run recurring routines reliably and independently.

Responsibilities

• Run the weekly market monitoring routine across public and internal sources.
• Curate and maintain the market intelligence database at market and site levels.
• Enforce provenance and vintage on every record with source and date.
• Manage intake from across the business and convert tips into structured records.
• Maintain refresh schedules by source and flag stale coverage.
