Jobgether is seeking a senior Operations leader to define and execute the post-sale strategy, aligning service delivery with growth and customer expectations. You will lead a globally distributed team and drive efficiency across onboarding, account management, and tech support, delivering measurable improvements.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering, govern CSAT and SLAs, and identify expansion opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of operational leadership experience in technology/SaaS environments preferred.
• Experience managing distributed teams across regions, especially US and India.
