- Champion AI adoption and upskilling across the organization.
- Drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning to measurement.
- Oversee HR operations, lifecycle programs, data governance, compliance.
- Lead talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Provide workforce analytics and advisory support to leaders.
