Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, risk management, or related field preferred.
• Possession of, or progress towards, CPCU and/or ARM designation required.
• Ten plus (10+) years of related experience in claims or risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads the company’s business development strategy to support long‑term growth and competitive positioning.
• Evaluates market trends and industry shifts to inform strategic decisions.
• Partners with the executive team to set revenue goals, growth targets, and priorities.
• Identifies and secures new business opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions.
• Oversees pipeline development and ensures advancement of high‑value opportunities.
• Cultivates executive‑level relationships with clients, partners, and external organizations.
• Leads and develops a high‑performing business development team.
• Oversees budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for BD initiatives.
