Job summary

Bidgely, Inc. seeks a founder-caliber executive to scale the Grid product line, owning P&L, roadmap, and go-to-market. The role requires building and leading the team across product, technical, and commercial functions, with responsibility for executive-level customer engagement.

This is a general-management mandate to drive strategy, partnerships, and growth, not a sole domain-expert IC position.

Qualifications

• Must have track record building and scaling a team or business unit from an early stage.
• Comfortable owning commercial outcomes (revenue, pipeline, partnerships).
• Experience owning a product roadmap end-to-end from market thesis to rollout.

Responsibilities

• Set and own the 12–24 month strategy for the Grid flexibility in partnership with growth leadership.
• Translate market demand into product build and business narrative.
• Build operating rhythm, hiring plan, and org design for the business line.
• Own commercial outcomes: pipeline, pilot-to-contract, and revenue growth for the portfolio.
• Establish credibility for the team’s technical output without performing engineering work.
• Act as internal escalation point and external face for high-stakes utility relationships.
