Job summary

Bidgely, Inc. is seeking a founder-caliber executive to scale the Grid product line, owning the P&L, roadmap, and go-to-market. This role covers cross-functional leadership across product, business strategy, and executive-level customer engagement.

The candidate will build and lead the team, drive market-led product decisions, and represent Bidgely at utility executive levels and with investors. This is a general-management mandate, not an individual-contributor role.

Qualifications

• Built and scaled a team or business unit at an early stage (startup/new-venture).
• Owns commercial outcomes: revenue, pipeline, partnerships and customer engagement.
• Led end-to-end product roadmaps from market thesis to rollout.
• Experience with data-center or hyperscale customers and their needs.
• Understanding of grid planning, utility context, and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own 12–24 month strategy for the Grid portfolio and set the plan with leadership.
• Translate market demand into product builds and a compelling business narrative.
• Build operating rhythm, hiring plan, and org design for the line.
• Own commercial outcomes: pipeline, pilots-to-contract, and revenue growth.
• Be the external face for key utility relationships and major customers.
• Identify and close partnerships, licensing, or acquisition opportunities.
