Job summary

Bidgely is seeking a founder-caliber executive to scale the Grid product line, owning P&L, roadmap, and go-to-market. This role demands broad leadership across product, strategy and executive customer engagement to build and lead a high-impact organization.

You will work with utilities, data centers and partners, set 12–24 month strategy, guide pilots and revenue growth, and recruit a capable team to deliver commercial outcomes from the grid planning stack.

Qualifications

• Track record of building and scaling a team or business unit from an early stage.
• Executive presence: credible with utility C-suite, boards, and investors.
• Ability to translate technical depth into business conviction.

Responsibilities

• Set and own the 12- to 24-month strategy for the Grid flexibility portfolio.
• Translate market demand into product build and business narrative.
• Build operating rhythm, hiring plan, and org design for the business line.
• Own commercial outcomes: pipeline, pilots, and revenue growth.
• Act as internal escalation point and external face for key utility relationships.
