Clinisys invites a Senior Vice President, Professional Services to lead the global delivery and value realization across implementation programs, AI-enabled delivery, and customer engagement. You will shape service strategy as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, driving repeatable, high-quality outcomes and sustainable revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or computer science required.
• 10 years leading large-scale software implementations.
• 10 years healthcare experience; lab experience preferred.
• Proven profitability and utilization improvement.
• Process improvement experience required.

Responsibilities

• Set and align the global Professional Services strategy and multi-year AI-enabled delivery roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of implementation programs and ensure value realization.
• Drive AI-based tools adoption, project health, and real-time visibility.
• Manage portfolio, budgets, risks, and customer escalations globally.
• Define disciplined delivery lifecycle processes and post-go-live support.
• Oversee talent, workforce planning, and development of the PS team.
• Build executive relationships with strategic customers.
• Foster a culture of delivery excellence and continuous improvement.
