Purpose

The Senior Vice President, Professional Services leads Clinisys’ global Professional Services organization, accountable for the successful delivery of all implementation programs, solution deployment, and value‑realization activities. The role ensures that Clinisys delivers consistent, high‑quality services that accelerate time‑to‑value, drive customer adoption, and contribute to sustainable revenue growth. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the SVP shapes the future of Clinisys’ services strategy by embedding AI, analytics, automation, and intelligent workflows into delivery practices and customer engagement.

Essential Functions:
Leadership & Strategy
  • Set the strategic direction for Clinisys’ global Professional Services organization, including service delivery models, capacity planning, utilization strategies, and global operating frameworks.
  • Define a multi‑year roadmap for transforming Professional Services through AI‑enabled delivery, automation, workflow intelligence, and data‑driven decision‑making
  • Align Professional Services strategy with broader company goals, product strategy, and regional market expectations to ensure repeatable, scalable delivery across all geographies.
  • Establish a global services governance model covering delivery quality, methodology compliance, engagement risk management, and customer‑facing operational cadence.
Professional Services Delivery Excellence
  • Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of all implementation and deployment programs, ensuring predictable execution, high‑quality outcomes, and customer value achievement.
  • Deploy AI‑based tools to improve project health scoring, risk prediction, quality assurance checks, and real‑time project visibility.
  • Drive adoption of AI‑assisted implementation accelerators, including automated configuration recommendations, intelligent test automation, and data migration validation tools.
  • Oversee global project portfolio management, ensuring visibility of risks, budgets, timelines, scope, and customer escalations across all active programs.
  • Define and enforce disciplined delivery lifecycle processes including scoping, estimating, contracting, resource allocation, delivery execution, project closure, and post‑go‑live adoption support.
  • Monitor and improve services performance metrics including utilization, realization, backlog management, delivery margins, on‑time/on-budget delivery, and customer value attainment.
Commercial & Financial Management
  • Own services revenue forecasting, backlog growth, margin performance, and overall contribution to company financial targets.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Finance to develop AI‑enhanced scoping, pricing, and commercial governance tools.
  • Identify and develop scalable, profitable service offerings—including AI‑powered services that strengthen adoption, compliance, interoperability, and operational efficiency.
  • Identify new revenue streams, expansion opportunities, and value‑added services to drive growth and customer adoption.
Customer Outcomes & Strategic Engagement
  • Ensure implementation programs deliver measurable, outcome‑based value aligned to customer objectives, regulatory needs, and operational goals.
  • Build deep executive‑level relationships with strategic customers, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring delivery excellence throughout the lifecycle.
  • Integrate AI‑driven change management and readiness tools to support customer adoption, workflow optimization, and continuous value realization.
  • Lead the development of post‑implementation transition processes that support smooth customer handoff to operational teams, maximizing adoption and long‑term satisfaction.
People & Talent Leadership
  • Build and scale a world‑class global Professional Services team with strong delivery leadership, Program Management, Consulting, Training, and PMO capability.
  • Drive workforce planning, skills development, and resource management to ensure the right talent mix aligns to customer demand and growth strategies.
  • Develop learning pathways that elevate AI literacy, data‑driven consulting skills, analytical reasoning, and delivery innovation across the team
  • Foster a performance‑driven culture with clear expectations for delivery excellence, customer advocacy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or computer science; or equivalent relevant experience required.
  • 10 years’ experience leading large scale software implementation required.
  • 10 years’ experience in healthcare required; lab experience preferred.
  • 10 years’ proven track record of successfully driving profitability and utilization.
  • Process improvement experience required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a globally dispersed team of 4-7 direct reports and responsible for 500-600 indirect reports

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $240,000 - $300,000 for annual base salary. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.

Physical Requirements:
  • Work is performed in a normal office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards
  • Substantial time is spent working on a computer.
  • International and Domestic travel is required, as much as 25% - 50%.
Onboarding

As part of our onboarding process, all new employees will be required to attend/travel to the office on their first day of employment (Raleigh, NC / Tucson, AZ / Indianapolis, IN). This requirement is essential for onboarding activities, including identity verification, completion of necessary documentation, receiving your IT equipment, introductions to key team members, and orientation to Clinisys policies and procedures.
