Job summary

Colliers seeks a Senior Vice President, Sales and Solutions, Global Occupier Services, to lead platform-led solutions for the largest real estate occupiers. You will leverage an established enterprise network to secure new business, expand relationships, and craft delivery models for major clients.

You will develop opportunities, manage proposals, and guide a global, multi-service solution team, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated relationships with executives and decision makers at major US-based global corporations (Fortune 500).
• Track record in solutioning and winning integrated, global, multi-service line engagements.
• Strong ability to develop and review internal proformas and advise on commercial viability.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage a client pipeline and drive pursuits to success with Global Occupier Services.
• Contribute to innovation in the sales process and proposal content.
• Lead Sales and Solutions team to build compelling solutions for large corporate clients in the US.
