Job summary

Colliers in Chicago seeks a Senior Vice President, Sales and Solutions, Global Occupier Services to lead platform-led solutions for the largest occupiers of real estate. You will manage a pipeline, secure new business, and craft compelling service delivery models for major corporate clients.

You’ll work with the Global Occupier Services team to surface opportunities, develop proposals, and drive cross-line collaborations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage executive relationships with major US-based global corporations.
• Proven track record in delivering integrated, multi-service line engagements.
• Ability to build internal proformas and assess commercial viability of pursuits.
• Deep knowledge of Portfolio Optimization, CRE Strategy, and related services.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage a pipeline of clients and pursuits to drive success.
• Lead the Sales and Solutions team to build compelling, global occupier solutions.
• Develop proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and client deliverables with cross‑line input.
• Travel as needed and align engagement efforts with target markets and competitors.
