Job summary

Colliers in the United States seeks a Senior Vice President, Sales and Solutions, Global Occupier Services to lead platform driven solutions for large corporate clients. You will build executive relationships, surface opportunities, and craft compelling service delivery models for Fortune 500 occupiers across the US.

You will guide a cross-functional team, develop winning proposals, and expand strategic accounts, with travel as needed. The role offers a generous bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Established relationships with executives at major US-based global corporations.
Proven track record of winning enterprise level engagements.
Ability to build internal proformas and evaluate commercial viability.
Experience managing projects globally with multiple stakeholders.
Minimum 10 years in a similar role.

Responsibilities

Create and manage a pipeline of clients and pursuits.
Lead the Sales and Solutions team to build compelling solutions.
Develop RFPs, RFIs, proposals and client deliverables.
Travel as needed.
Align engagement efforts with Global Occupier Services objectives.
