Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships.
• Ten years of relationship-building experience in claims or risk management.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, develops and maintains internal and external relationships/partnerships.
• Builds relationships with prospects and clients.
• Facilitates development of new partnerships and client programs.
• Develops knowledge of prospect operations to target needs for programs.
• Ensures resources are identified for prospect solicitation and service teams.
• Uses national resources to respond to RFPs, proposals, and presentations.
• Manages design of service programs to fulfill client needs.
