Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Senior Director of Operations to lead budgeting, planning, and performance for key accounts. You will oversee financial and operational plans, ensure quality standards, and drive reporting accuracy across the account.

This role requires strong leadership, P&L knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across regions. The position offers opportunities to shape service delivery across foodservice operations and to contribute to strategic growth and efficiency

Qualifications

Five years of foodservice management experience required.
Higher Education experience in board and retail operations is required.
Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is required.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Formulate budgets and plans for the operation.
Maintain and implement standards of quality in all areas of the foodservice operation.
Ensure compliance with all regional and account programs and policies.
Accountable for accurate reporting for the account.
