The role focuses on developing financial and operational plans, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to programs and policies across diverse foodservice sites, including corporate cafeterias and hospitals.

Qualifications

• BS degree preferred in a relevant field.
• Five years of foodservice management experience required.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Formulate budgets and plans for the operation.
• Maintain and implement standards of quality in all areas of the foodservice operation.
• Ensure compliance with all regional and account programs and policies.
• Accountable for accurate reporting for the account.
