Ladders seeks a Senior Vice President, Facilities Operations to lead facilities management across a regional portfolio in a highly regulated Real Estate & Construction environment. You will shape policies, align operating plans with business objectives, and drive performance across building systems, customer service, and capital projects.

The role requires extensive experience in facilities or data center management, a strong grasp of regulations and budgets, and a proven ability to lead remote

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in facilities or data center management.
• 5+ years of people management experience, preferably with remote teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of regulations, electrical systems, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with construction practices and project management.
• Financial acumen with P&L responsibility and budget development.
• U.S. Citizenship required for federal customer contracts.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement facilities policies and organizational structure.
• Develop short- and long-term business plans aligned with business objectives.
• Supervise operating budgets for each data center in the region.
• Oversee compliance with organizational expenditure requirements.
• Ensure proactive corporate services support through a leadership team.
• Negotiate contracts for improvement projects as necessary.
• Monitor operational program effectiveness using key performance indicators.
