Job summary

Ladders seeks a Senior Vice President, Facilities Operations to lead facilities management across a regional portfolio in a highly regulated Real Estate & Construction environment. You will shape policies, align operating plans with business objectives, and drive performance across building systems, customer service, and capital projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in facilities or data center management.
• 5+ years of people management experience, preferably with remote teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of regulations, electrical systems, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with construction practices and project management.
• Financial acumen with P&L responsibility and budget development.
• U.S. Citizenship required for federal customer contracts.

• Supervise operating budgets for each data center in the region.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Vice President, Facilities Operations to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This senior leader will oversee facilities operations across a regional portfolio, with responsibility for driving consistency, compliance, and service quality in a complex, highly regulated environment. The role will partner closely with leadership teams to align operating plans, budgets, and capital priorities with broader business objectives. It will also support strong execution across building systems, customer service, and operational performance.

Location: Ashburn, VA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $259,782 – $397,275 annually
