• Lead flagship cross-Salesforce experience initiatives from concept to production.
• Direct multidisciplinary work across design, AI, engineering, and prototyping.
• Build experiences with state, data, identity, permissions, and trust.
• Challenge assumptions, steer investment, and stop non-viable directions.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmaps and platform decisions.
• Collaborate with Research and Experience Architecture to scale shared systems.
