• Deep understanding of AI-native products and human-agent collaboration, including context, delegation, and trust.

Responsibilities

• Shape Salesforce’s enterprise experience strategy with the Chief Experience Officer and senior leaders.
• Translate customer evidence, business strategy, technology, and market shifts into clear product and experience choices.
• Define new models for how people and agents work together across Salesforce products and data.
• Lead flagship cross-Salesforce experience initiatives from concept to production with customer evidence.
• Direct multidisciplinary work across product design, service design, interaction, and AI experience.
