Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 18 years related experience, including 15 years in Federal BD.
• Proven track record of winning $1B+ in annual bookings.
• Deep understanding of network modernization, digital transformation, and AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth strategy and execution for a $4B portfolio in Digital & Network Technology.
• Develop multi-year pipeline and go-to-market strategies for the Federal Government.
• Identify, qualify, and shape opportunities across modernization, cloud, data and AI domains.
• Drive $5B–$6B in annual bookings through disciplined BD lifecycle execution.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing BD team and ensure pipeline progression.
