Job summary

CAC I seeks a Senior Vice President (SVP), Business Development – Digital & Network Technology to lead growth strategy and execution for a $4B portfolio spanning digital and network technology markets within the Federal Government. The role drives multi-year pipelines and demand generation, partnering with capture, proposal, and solutions teams to maximize win probability and delivery of mission-focused solutions.

Location: DC metro area; on-site at CAC I HQ in Reston, Virginia.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
18+ years related experience, including 15 years in Federal BD.
Proven track record of winning $1B+ in annual bookings.
Deep understanding of network modernization, digital transformation, and AI technologies.
Strong knowledge of Federal acquisition processes.

Responsibilities

Lead growth strategy and execution for a $4B line of business across the Federal Government.
Develop multi-year pipeline and go-to-market strategies.
Identify, qualify, and shape opportunities spanning digital modernization, cloud, applications, data, and AI technologies.
Drive $5B–$6B in annual bookings through disciplined BD lifecycle execution.
Collaborate with the line, capture, proposal, and solution teams to maximize win probability.
Engage customers to shape opportunities and deliver actionable market intelligence.
Lead development of account plans, white papers, demonstrations, and RFIs.
Partner across business units to deliver integrated, mission-focused solutions.
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing BD team.
