CACI International Inc. is seeking a Sr. Director of Business Development for the Sensemaking division of our Space Line of Business.

This leadership role will drive growth across a $1.3B space portfolio, shaping and winning opportunities, and building trusted partnerships with the U.S. Space Force, DoD, and IC. You will guide pipeline development, manage long-range planning, and lead strategic initiatives to bring software and hardware offerings to mission-ready status, while navigating complex

Qualifications

15+ years of strategic leadership experience in the Space and Intelligence sectors.
Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical discipline. Master’s degree highly desired.
Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

Oversee strategy and business development to sustain and exceed targeted P&L requirements across a mixed portfolio.
Cultivate trusted relationships with government stakeholders, PAEs, and IC customers.
Spearhead transition of software development services from IC into broader DoD, emphasizing digital modernization.
Lead long-range planning, pipeline development, and backlog generation, guiding proposals and color team reviews.
Identify and shape new hardware and software offerings by analyzing geopolitical sentiment and customer priorities.
Leverage cross-functional leadership to drive objectives in a matrixed environment.
