Chorus Innovations seeks a Senior Customer Success leader to establish and scale the function across key accounts, reporting directly to the CEO.

You will drive retention and expansion, mentor a multidisciplinary team, and partner with Delivery and Sales to enable growth while delivering measurable outcomes for public sector and healthcare clients in a fast-growing healthtech environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in customer success, client services, or account management.
• 8+ years leading and scaling teams.
• Experience with scaling B2B software and government/healthcare sectors.
• Experience managing retention and expansion targets.

Responsabilités

• Lead portfolio-wide strategy for NRR and gross retention.
• Build executive relationships with largest accounts.
• Oversee renewal calendar with government cycles.
• Establish quarterly reviews to show ROI to stakeholders.
• Mentor and scale teams across account management, support, training.
• Standardize onboarding and playbooks.
• Collaborate with Delivery and Sales on growth opportunities.
