Job summary

Valenz Health is seeking a senior Client Success leader to own and accelerate revenue through strategic account management and exceptional client experience. You will guide retention, renewals, and expansion with executive stakeholders across healthcare partners, while shaping operating models and success metrics.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance to remove barriers and maximize client value, leading high-performing teams through transformative change.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading client success, account management, or related commercial leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of self-funded healthcare, cost drivers, and cost containment.
• Proven track record managing senior client relationships and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategy for the existing client portfolio, focusing on retention, renewals, and growth.
• Lead lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, expansion, and advocacy.
• Build executive relationships with key clients and partners; drive renewals and expansion.
• Establish operating rhythms, KPIs, and reviews for client health and value realization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, Finance to remove barriers and improve client experience.
• Coach and develop high-performing Client Success teams.
