Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive commercial banking experience.
• Expertise in credit analysis and deal structuring.
• Strong network in Southern California.
• Excellent communication with C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial relationships with revenue growth and credit quality.
• Originate new business through centers of influence and professional networks.
• Advise clients by understanding their businesses, ownership structures, and long-term objectives.
• Structure and negotiate complex credit facilities and treasury solutions with Credit, Underwriting, and Product teams.
• Present well-supported credit proposals to loan committees with sound risk assessment and policy adherence.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior relationship managers and analysts.
• Act as an ambassador for the institution in Newport, San Gabriel, Ontario, and broader Southern California market.
• Ensure all relationships are managed in accordance with regulatory requirements and risk management practices.
