Job summary

Insight Global is hiring three SVP-level leaders to elevate a financial services customer as it scales its platform, transitioning from an operational support model to a strategic, client-centric service organization.

These leaders will serve as both operational executives and client-facing relationship leaders, guiding teams and engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to drive delivery, transformation, and superior client experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of client service within Investment Operations
• Managed Account Solutions experience
• Strong client service leadership background
• Experience managing large institutional client relationships
• Ability to confidently lead executive-level client discussions
• Track record of operational transformation and team development

Responsibilities

• Act as player/coaches, leading teams while remaining actively engaged with clients.
• Serve as executive point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
• Oversee KPIs and overall service delivery performance.
• Manage business-as-usual (BAU) processing and adherence to SLAs.
• Lead and mentor Service Directors who manage day-to-day client relationships.
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend operational improvements.
• Provide strategic thought leadership to enhance service offerings and client experience.
• Manage teams ranging from approximately 5-8 direct and indirect reports.
