Job summary

Citi is seeking a Senior Vice President for Client Insights in London. This senior role partners with CCB CEOs, ExCo, and regional heads to identify growth opportunities, assess risks, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

The SVP leads major analytical work on markets, competitors, client priorities, and investment decisions. The role requires strong strategic thinking, quantitative rigor, and the ability to synthesize complex information for senior leaders across Citi.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management, Business Management, Finance or other highly analytical functions.
• Ability to navigate Citi’s organizational structure, governance, processes and stakeholder landscape.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to work with complex data.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive outcomes across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact revenue generating projects and provide analysis and recommendations to the CCB CEO and ExCo.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative analysis across markets, competitors, clients and business performance.
• Lead project teams and independently execute priority initiatives.
• Partner across CCB and broader Citi teams to develop integrated perspectives and drive priorities forward.
• Leverage understanding of Citi’s structure, processes and governance to navigate the organization and mobilize resources.
• Conduct competitive and industry analysis to assess emerging trends and implications.
• Prepare high-quality materials and recommendations for the CCB CEO and ExCo.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties to support senior priorities.
• Represent Citi’s values, standards and culture.
