Job summary

Citi London is seeking a Senior Vice President – Client Advisor, Services to lead advisory engagements across the UK, Europe and beyond. The role combines deep treasury expertise with strategic thinking to optimize working capital and drive transformation for senior finance executives.

You will shape Citi's advisory agenda, develop thought leadership, and provide voice-of-client insights to internal teams while engaging C-suite stakeholders across Citi Services in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Significant treasury experience in corporate treasury, treasury consulting or treasury advisory within a financial institution.
• Proven ability to engage and advise senior executives and decision-makers.
• Experience leading transformation and operating model change initiatives in treasury/finance functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury and working capital advisory engagements for treasury/finance executives.
• Develop and deliver thought leadership on treasury transformation, liquidity management, and AI-driven innovation.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients, identifying performance improvements and best practice operating models.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Banking and Markets to originate opportunities and support growth across Citi Services.
• Provide client insights to influence Citi product strategy and competitive positioning.
• Advise clients on treasury structures, financing strategies and cash management in regulated and emerging markets.
• Create executive presentations and advisory reports for senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to global advisory initiatives and mentor colleagues.
