EnableComp in San Francisco, CA, is seeking an SVP, Implementation to oversee client implementations, onboarding, and design of solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management or related field.
• PMP preferable but not required.
• 10+ years in enterprise software implementations in a SaaS environment, 5+ in customer-facing roles.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsabilités

• Lead the implementation team responsible for software-based product implementations and service integration for new and existing clients.
• Provide leadership for solution design with major Health Information Systems integrations (e.g., Epic, Soarian, McKesson, Emdeon, Experian).
• Manage executive relationships with client representatives and ensure timely issue resolution and client satisfaction.
• Develop processes to plan, track, and measure delivery effectiveness including time-to-delivery and quality.
• Coordinate across Operations, Sales/Marketing, Finance, and IT to align roadmaps with business objectives.
