Job summary

EnableComp in San Francisco seeks a Vice President, Revenue Cycle Technology Operations to shape the enterprise technology-operations strategy, manage the global vendor portfolio, and align technology enablement with growth and client commitments.

You will lead senior directors, drive workflow redesign, establish performance metrics, and ensure scalable, secure operations across revenue cycle service lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, information systems, engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years leading healthcare revenue cycle or operations.
• Experience building enterprise technology-operations portfolios with measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading change in services or operations including tech-led workflow redesign.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise vision, multi-year roadmap, and operating model for technology operations.
• Own the portfolio of Operations technology, automation, workflow-transformation, and global initiatives.
• Establish cross-functional governance with Technology, Product, Data, Finance, and Operations.
• Translate business strategy into enterprise capability and delivery requirements.
• Sponsor workflow redesign and standardization across onshore and global teams.
• Set KPIs for productivity, quality, cost-to-serve, cycle time, and ROI; report to executives.
• Lead Technology Operations leadership teams, including Senior Directors.
• Delegate day-to-day adoption and delivery execution to Senior Directors.
• Align operational needs with platform architecture and data availability.
• Maintain governance, security, compliance, third-party performance, and change risk oversight.
• Sponsor pilots and phased rollouts, evaluate readiness, and scale.
• Build a continuous-improvement culture using data and client insight.
• Other duties as required.
